Timing

Scheduling activity on your project is critical for a successful and timely outcome. We provide extensive consultation before, during, and after work on each and every job.

Industry standards recommend that your concrete surface be laid for a period of four weeks prior to cleaning and sealing. The range of sealers available include natural dry look (non-slip), enhancing sealer (non-slip), masonry sealer, and an environmentally friendly option (non-slip).

Stages of Activity

Proper preparation of all surfaces is critical. The pre-sealing process consists of a thorough acid wash (or suitable alternative), which presents your surface in the best possible condition for sealing. The sealing process should be carried out immediately after your surface is cleaned and thoroughly dry —which is why weather can often delay activity.

After sealing has been completed, we recommend a curing time of approximately eight hours before exposure to people and pets. We will provide you with guidance on routine care and cleaning.
